DCG constructed shipping risk models that drove the organizations’ decision process for identifying the best operators, ships, cargos and routes for global shipping companies. These risk models reduced cargo-to-water incidents to zero incidents per year.

Modifying supply management systems impacts suppliers, the organization, and all the operations that depend on suppliers. Evaluating alternative systems and estimating the time and cost of a transition is aided using decision support modeling.

DCG’s modeling has been used to aid both public and private sector organizations to formally include important intangibles in strategic planning, including sustainability, environmental values and regulations, and inclusivity objectives.

DCG has delivered both broad-based training on group decision making and leadership, as well as specialized training on topics such as understanding uncertainty, risk-based prioritization, multi-attribute value models, and decision analytics for multi-stakeholder decisions.

DCG modeling has been used to aid planning and investment using structured methods for discovery and implementation of probability assessments to yield better estimates of the probability of success of projects, programs, and budget allocations to R&D.
